01Booking & Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once we have received your deposit payment and sent you a written confirmation via email. Until that point, availability cannot be guaranteed.

• All bookings must be made by an individual aged 18 or over who accepts these terms on behalf of all guests in the group.
• A deposit of 30% of the total booking value is required to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors prior to confirmation.

02What's Included

Each package includes the services described on our website at the time of booking. Unless explicitly stated, the following are not included:

• International or domestic flights and transfers to/from Agadir.
• Travel insurance (strongly recommended — see Section 05).
• Personal purchases, alcoholic beverages, or optional excursions not part of your package.
• Any medical treatment, equipment repair, or costs arising from accidents or illness.

03Surf Activities & Risk

Surfing is an inherently risky activity. By participating in any surf sessions organised by Green Waves Morocco, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• You confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would make surfing inadvisable without medical clearance.
• You agree to follow all instructions given by our surf instructors and guides at all times in the water.
• Green Waves Morocco, its staff, and instructors will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in surf activities, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
• Guests under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to participating in surf sessions.
• We reserve the right to refuse surf participation to any guest who we judge to be unfit, under the influence of substances, or whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.

04Accommodation Rules

To ensure a great experience for all guests, we ask everyone to respect the following house rules:

• Check-in: From 15:00 on your arrival date. Check-out: By 11:00 on your departure date. Early/late arrangements may be possible on request.
• Quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 07:00. Please be respectful of other guests.
• Smoking is not permitted inside any indoor areas of the property.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, rooms, or equipment during their stay. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.
• Green Waves Morocco is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
• We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the property without refund if their behaviour is deemed disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful to staff or other guests.

05Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel. Your insurance should cover, at minimum:

• Trip cancellation and curtailment.
• Medical expenses and emergency evacuation.
• Loss or theft of personal belongings.
• Participation in water sports and surf activities.

Green Waves Morocco accepts no responsibility for costs arising from a failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.

06Changes by You

If you wish to amend your booking after confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

• Date changes requested more than 60 days before arrival will be accommodated where possible at no extra charge.
• Date changes requested within 60 days of arrival may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to our Cancellation Policy.
• Name changes and minor amendments can typically be made at no cost.

07Changes or Cancellation by Us

Green Waves Morocco reserves the right to make changes to your booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. force majeure, safety concerns, or events beyond our control).

• If we are unable to deliver your booking due to circumstances within our control, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
• In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we will offer a credit toward a future stay. Refunds in such cases are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• We are not liable for additional costs you incur (e.g. flights, transport) as a result of changes made by us in exceptional circumstances.

08Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Green Waves Morocco's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for your booking.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses including lost profits, loss of enjoyment, or travel costs.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

09Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from your booking or stay that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Agadir, Morocco.
